Margaritas
INGREDIENTS
Kosher salt or coarsely ground sea salt
2 ounces (1/4 cup) silver tequila
1 ½ ounces (3 tablespoons/about 1 ½ small limes) fresh lime juice
1 ounce (2 tablespoons/about 1/2 of a medium orange) fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon light agave nectar
2 ounces (or more to taste) club soda
1 lime wedge, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour a layer of salt onto a small plate (preferably one just slightly larger than the top of your margarita glass). Slice off a small piece of lime and run the wet edge of the slice along half of the rim of your glass. Dip the top of the glass into the salt at a 45-degree angle and roll it from side to side to catch the salt. Add ice cubes to your glass and set it aside.
Fill a small cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the tequila, freshly squeezed lime and orange juice and agave nectar. Put on the lid and shake for 30 seconds. Strain the liquid into your glass over ice and garnish with a slice of lime. Top with club soda to taste and to add a nice fizz.
Enjoy while wearing a sombrero and listening to mariachi music. (And maybe close your curtains if you have nosey neighbors.)

Karma & Caramel Eggnog
Recipe provided by The Walking Bar
Ditch Your Bad Karma & Berry Daiquiris
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups white rum
1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
1/4 to 1/3 cup simple syrup, depending on your preferred sweetness
10 oz. of frozen berries (your choice)
4 cups ice cubes
Strawberries, lime wheels, or little umbrellas for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Place the rum, 1/2 cup of the lime juice, 1/4 cup of the simple syrup, berries, and ice cubes into a blender and pulse until completely blended with a slushy consistency. Check the consistency and flavor. Add more lime juice for more tartness or more simple syrup to sweeten, if needed. You may also want more ice to make it slushier in consistency. Divide the daiquiris between glasses -- or drink it all yourself! We don’t judge. Garnish and enjoy.
The 5th Dimension and French 75
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
2 to 3 ounces chilled Champagne (enough to top the glass)

Strain the liquid into Champagne glasses and top with Champagne. Twist your lemon peel and hold it for a few seconds to retain the shape. Garnish your glass with the lemon twist, and enjoy this drink while it’s cold! (For maximum enjoyment, we highly recommend that you extend your pinky while drinking from a fancy champagne flute.)
